Agreement
These terms govern the Enchantments Traverse Planner mobile app and product website, provided by MileCheck LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
An informational companion—not an authority
The app is a planning and field-reference tool. It is not an official Forest Service, Recreation.gov, navigation, rescue, medical or emergency product. The route, permit-zone outlines, distance, elevation and other map content can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Conditions and permit rules change. Check primary sources, carry an appropriate backup, and make your own decisions for the conditions in front of you.
Location can be unavailable or inaccurate because of device settings, terrain, power, operating-system behavior or other factors. Never rely on the app as your only way to navigate or communicate.
Sources and intellectual property
MileCheck LLC owns the app’s original software, design and editorial content. Some map and trail data comes from third parties and remains subject to its source licence. OpenStreetMap-derived data is credited and made available under the Open Database License on the map data page. Official agency material remains the property of its source.
App licence and Apple terms
The iPhone app is licensed, not sold. Unless App Store product terms state otherwise, use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its trail content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and site are provided “as is” without a guarantee that data is complete, current or fit for a particular trip. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
